Success For Teens; An ongoing program for teenagers with an eight point overview, that Bobbi will present. There will also, be a hands on project. Arts and Crafts Competition (For Members Only)
Each member may submit at this January meeting one item for arts and one crafts. There will be two first place first place prizes of a $50.00 Visa gift card. Directions: Take I-4 to exit 55 and go north on route 27 for 4.5 miles and make a right turn on to Student Drive (across from Highland Reserves), go .6 miles turn right at the stop sign on the Thank Road, go .5 miles and turn left on to Teacher Lane and go .3 miles to the Community of Faith Church on the right.

Celebration: Boy Scouts Annual Italian Dinner Ticket Sales
January 17, 24 & 31, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Door to Door in Celebration
The Boy Scouts will be selling tickets for their annual Italian dinner and talent show. This is Troop 125’s sole yearly fund raiser. All of the money generated from this sale goes towards the operating costs for the Troop. Because the Troop is growing so quickly, they require more tents, lanterns and cooking supplies. The troop sell tickets door-to-door in Celebration on the following Sundays from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. : January 17, January 24 and January 31.

The Montessori School of Celebration invites you
to Lakeside Park on Saturday, February 6th from 10AM to 2PM
to take part in their Annual International Children’s Festival. This year they will also be celebrating the school’s 10th Birthday since its inception. The festival is a free, not for profit, community-wide event that showcases (5) countries (Argentina, Canada, Holland, Morocco & Sweden). Everyone who attends the festival will be given a passport and invited to “travel the world”. The children of MSC will be doing projects in their classrooms on the different countries, learning about the geography and culture of each, and preparing songs and folk dances to share with all of our guests. All that along with delicious food, exciting entertainment and much more!!
Spring Registration Reminders
(1) Registration for the Spring 2010 season ends on Thursday, January 21st. If you intend for your child to play this Spring, please register them as soon as possible but minimally before 1/21.
(2) Click here to register online (you’ll need to create a new account) or attend our final onsite registration on Saturday, January 16th from 10am-1pm at Chik-Fil-A in Water Tower Place (Celebration).
(3) This Spring we are offering a Seniors division for boys whose league
ages are 15 or 16.
(4) If you have already registered and still owe us paperwork (birth certificate, proof of residency, medical release form) and/or payment please make sure to send it in as soon as possible. You can:

(5) We’re still looking for volunteers! Volunteers are not required to have sport-specific knowledge as CLL will be hosting appropriate training clinics prior to the beginning of the season. Please consider volunteering as a head coach, assistant coach, team parent, umpire, or in any other capacity you feel would be helpful. You can sign up to volunteer as part of your child’s online registration process or by filling out a Volunteer Form which can be found in the Forms section of the CLL website (www.celebrationlittleleague.com) and emailing it to us at

(6) Important Dates for Spring 2010
a. Teams will be announced the first week of February, with practices starting the week of February 8th.
b. Opening Ceremonies are currently scheduled for Sunday evening, February 28th.
c. Games will begin the week of March 1st and the regular season will run through
May 22nd.
